December is motoring right along, so I’ve got a beauty gift guide for you here! I’m definitely a beauty product collector, and am always trying new beauty trends whenever possible! The drawers in my bathroom are BURSTING. In this guide, I’ve got some of my favorite things and some of my own wish list!
So, how are you doing on your holiday shopping? Me? Not so good, lol. I am going to spend a fair amount of time the next couple of days trying to get a better handle on my Christmas shopping, and these beauty gift ideas can help you do the same!
I’ve been having such a rough time being productive the last couple of weeks. A big part of it is this time change. It’s so dark by the time I get home, I feel like it’s midnight and my body just starts shutting down. It doesn’t help that we’ve been crazy busy the past few weeks (or the past few months). Like most people, when I get busy, my self-care goes down the toilet.
I was careful in this guide to pick out beauty gifts that were not only quality, but also easy to incorporate into any woman’s busy schedule. These products range from the easy basic to the relaxing “me-time” gift. If you’ve got someone on you list who you think may need a little pampering, these gifts are perfect.
BEAUTY GIFT GUIDE
1. CLINIQUE CHUBBY STICKS
I love the Clinique chubby sticks. They’re sheer yet vibrant lip color that also moisturize your lips as they go on. Perfect for the low-maintenance girl looking for a little pop!
2. SOFT & NATURAL BROW KIT
I love Benefit’s Brow Line, because I believe a good brow is the most important part of your face. You want it to be soft, natural, but bold enough to be expressive with that beautiful face. The best part is that their line is so easy to use. If you’re no artist, thats okay. These products are fool proof.
3. HERBIVORE HYDRATING SKIN CARE SET
This winter is seriously drying out my skin like crazy! Any busy lady you know is probably really struggling to keep her skin feeling moisturized and healthy, so this Herbivore Set is a must. I have the Rose Hibiscus Facial mist, and it is AMAZING. It sits on my desk at work for a little spritz mid-day and totally helps with dry skin.
5. KOPARI COCONUT MULTITASKING KIT
I am SO obsessed with Kopari. They’re coconut body oil and coconut melt are the most amazing body line I’ve ever used. I have extremely sensitive skin…like contact dermatitis on a DIME…but it’s also dry and requires so much moisture. It’s been such a struggle to find something my skin will tolerate, and the body oil is the number one thing for me. I use it every day right out of the shower. This kit is a great beauty gift for anyone, because it’s a little sampling of all their best stuff!
6. SLIP BEAUTY SLEEP EYE MASK AND PILLOWCASE
If you’re not using a silk pillowcase, get ready to have your life CHANGED. This silk pillowcase and eye mask set are perfect for protecting your skin and hair while you sleep. Seriously, that blowout lasts so much longer because her hair will stay super healthy and less damaged on this pillowcase. I started using a silk pillowcase a couple months ago (a cheap one) and I’m ready to upgrade to this real one for more benefits!
7. TOO FACED SWEET PEACH SHADOW PALETTE
This eye shadow palette has the best combination of soft, pink and peach colors. This palette is perfect to go from day to night, and a super versatile beauty gift!
8. BOBBI BROWN LIPSTICK TRIO
This Lipstick Trio is so pretty, and Bobbi Brown is one of the best lipsticks out there (and are a reasonable price). These colors have got her covered…everything from a bold red to a subtle mauve.
9. LEOPARD NECK PILLOW
This is perfect for the person on your list who desperately needs a little pampering. It’s super pretty with leopard print detail, and would be perfect for a relaxing evening with a candle and a book (BOOM, whole gift set idea right there)!
10. DEBORAH LIPPMANN ‘UNDRESSED’ POLISH SET
I love all of the colors in this polish set. I’m all about neutral nail colors, and this set spans every neutral you could possible dream of to bring you into the new year. A great beauty gift!
11. GLAMGLOW SEXY CONTOURS SET
Everyone has been freaking out about Glamglow the past few months for good reason – they’re products are amazing. This set includes a firming treatment and glow-y moisturizer, the perfect simple and basic gift set.
12. SUNDAY RILEY FLASH FIX KIT
I don’t know if I could love these Sunday Riley products any more than I do. This kit includes the lactic acid treatment, which I use daily to help brighten up my skin, and they’re gentle clay cleanser.
13. BEAUTY BLENDER GIFT KIT
A must for any beauty lover, the Beauty Blender Kit contains one blender and a cleanser. If she hasn’t tried a beauty blender, giver her this and find your favorite beauty blender YouTube tutorial to forward her. Her life will be changed. PS, I’m a dabber, not a swiper…blender users will get it, lol!
14. LAVENDER ESSENTIAL OIL
I’m obsessed with lavender for relaxing. I’m not a great sleeper, so I put a few drops of this Lavender Essential Oil on my pillow before bed and it just makes me feel so much more relaxed. Great gift for someone who needs a little relaxation in their life!
15. BECCA X CHRISSY TEIGEN GLOW KIT
This gorgeous face palette are from the authorities on a sexy glow. BECCA cosmetics has the best products for highlighting, and Chrissy Teigen is THE most beautiful woman who always has a gorgeous glow. And a fierce twitter feed.
17. MARIO BADESCU FACIAL SPRAY
Another great facial spray! So moisturizing, I use it in the morning to set my makeup and when I get home from work to refresh my face (especially this dry winter). This spray contains Aloe, Herbs, and Rosewater and is an essential!
18. ROSEHIP OIL
This is a recent obsession of mine thanks to The Skinny Confidential. It’s a great facial oil that is super hydrating and comfortable for your skin. I use rosehip oil twice per day and am so happy with it!
19. LISSE LUXE HAIR TURBAN
I love this hair turban! Again, perfect for the woman without much time, I throw this turban on right out of the shower, let it suck some of the water out of my hair while I blog or be productive, then blow dry. This cuts down on the time spent blow drying A TON. It seriously took my five minutes to blow dry my hair last night (without styling). FIVE MINUTES. With just out of the shower hair, it takes like 15 plus!
Catch up on the blog! I have a ton of other gift guides (and more coming)! You can hover over “Gift Guides” in the menu bar to see all I’ve got, or just read my Gift Guide for Her and my Gift Guide for Him. Also ready about this pretty Sweater Dress and my rough weekend last week, lol.
Talk to you later!
